🎯 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:

Graduate degree in Nursing/Health-related discipline from a recognized university
OR -
Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (GNM/ANM) or equivalent with one year post-qualification experience.
Desirable Skills:

Experience in clinical research.

Effective communication skills for participant interaction.

Good computer skills (MS Office proficiency).

Ability to maintain effective relationships with study team.

Understanding of clinical research and project needs.
💼 Job Responsibilities

Collect medical data following the study protocol.

Complete and verify Case Report Forms (CRFs).

Resolve data queries timely.
-
Schedule and remind participants for follow-up visits.

Assist the Principal Investigator in research activities.

Refer participants requiring medical attention.
-
Ensure adherence to all ethical and procedural norms.
