Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification 📚
- MBBS Degree from a recognized university.
- Postgraduate Degree (MD/MS/DM/MCH/Equivalent) in any medical discipline recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI/NMC).
Experience Requirement 💼
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a teacher in a Medical College.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Professor in a recognized medical college or institution.
- Preference will be given to candidates with published research work in medical journals.
Other Requirements 🔍
- Candidates must be registered under the Maharashtra Medical Council Act, 1965, before appointment.
- Private practice is strictly prohibited (Compensatory allowance will be provided).
- Selected candidates may be required to serve in Defense Services of India for up to 4 years.
Age Limit 🎂
- Maximum Age: 45 years (As per government norms)
- Age relaxation applicable for reserved category candidates as per Maharashtra government rules.
