The OSSSC has revised its advertisement No. 2264/OSSSC dated 27.12.2024 and made the following changes:
1️⃣ Educational Qualification Revision
- Earlier: 2-year B.Ed. (Special Education) courses from any recognized NCTE institution.
- Revised: 2-year B.Ed. (Special Education) courses from any recognized/affiliated institution of NCTE.
2️⃣ Tie-Breaking Criteria Introduced
If multiple candidates score the same marks in the Main Examination, the following rules will be used for ranking:
- Candidates having fewer negative marks will be placed higher.
- If negative marks are also the same, the elder candidate (based on date of birth) will be ranked higher.
3️⃣ Extended Last Date for Online Applications
