  3. Enter personal details (Name, Date of Birth, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name) as per the Matriculation Certificate.

  5. Submit the form to generate a Registration ID and Password.

Part 2: Filling the Online Application

  1. Login using the Registration ID and Password.
  2. Click on “Apply for Constable (Driver & DCPO) – ”.
  3. Fill in the required details carefully.
  4. Upload scanned copies of:
    • Recent Passport Size Photograph (with clear date print, no cap, no spectacles)
    • Signature (clear and legible)
    • Matriculation Certificate (for age proof)
