Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Finance Administrator: CA/ICWA with 5 years of relevant experience in a government organization.
- Jr. Management Associate: Graduate in any discipline with 3 years of experience in a government organization.
Desirable Skills & Responsibilities
Finance Administrator:
- Managing finance, accounts, audit, tax compliance (GST & Income Tax).
- Handling financial statements, fund utilization reports, and statutory audits.
- Knowledge of General Financial Rules (GFR) and government financial regulations.
Jr. Management Associate:
- Assisting in administration, HR, finance, procurement, and academic coordination.
- Managing file records, official documentation, and office communication.
- Ensuring smooth workflow in THSTI administrative processes.
