Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• MD/MS/DNB or equivalent degree in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from an MCI-recognized university.
• OR Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (DGO) with at least one year of post-qualification experience.

Desirable Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical trials or public health projects.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical research SOPs.
• Experience in handling data management, regulatory compliance, and safety reporting.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 45 years (As of the last application date)
• Age Relaxation: As per government norms (SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years)

Salary & Benefits

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₹1,25,000/- along with additional benefits as per THSTI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing screening, enrollment, and intervention administration.
• Ensuring compliance with study protocols, SOPs, and national regulations.
• Coordinating between investigators, data management teams, and project monitors.
• Performing safety reporting, adverse event tracking, and data verification.
• Training research assistants and field workers for data collection and outcome assessment.
