Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for of Engineering Services Exam 2025, to fill up 232 posts in various Engineering Services in India.

Prelims Exam will be held on : 08-06-2025
Mains Exam will be held on : 10-08-2025
Fee Structure :
No Application fee for Female/SC/ST/PwBD and Rs. 200 for others. It can be paid online or offline.
Mode of Recruitment :
Selection process will consist of Prelims, Mains and Interviews.
Prelims will consist of 2 objective type (multiple choices) papers and will carry 500 marks (Paper 1 – 200 Marks & Paper II – 300 Marks). Successful candidates in Prelims will be eligible for admission to the Main/Stage-II Exam. Number of candidates to be admitted to Main/Stage-II Examination will be about six to seven time the total approximate number of vacancies to be filled (232 this year). Negative marking of 1/3rd will be applicable in Prelims.
Mains Exam will consist two conventional type papers in Engineering Discipline specific with duration of 3 hours and maximum marks of 600 (300 Marks in each paper). Interviews will be held later, carrying 200 Marks.
